1. Booking and buying

To buy articles from the e-shop, the Customer must go to the dedicated area of the website. Each article for sale is accompanied by a photograph, a description and the price. It is possible to select and book the individual items proposed. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, having chosen any variants, to include the article in the cart. 
It is possible to add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to this time.
To confirm an order, the Customer must complete the personal identification procedure:

  1. if already registered, this can be performed by e-mail address and password;
  2. users who are not yet registered will have to register, by providing all the data requested;
  3. without registration, when required providing the data needed to finalize the purchase.

2. Retail price

For each article the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), net of VAT (Value Added Tax) and shipment costs.
The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the weight and the place of destination, will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the form "VS order confirmation."
All of the products in the e-shop are available in stock. If this occurs due to unforeseen delays in delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Michele Baggio ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs problems preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.

3. Terms of payment (Payment methods?)

The Customer may pay for purchases in the following ways:

a. PAYPAL ™ CIRCUIT AND CREDIT CARDS AVAILABLE ON THE PAYPAL™ CIRCUIT

After the order confirmation on the website, you will be redirected to the secure server of PayPal ™, for the online payment with all major credit cards or with a prepaid card or rechargeable cards (Postepay).

b. BANK WIRE TRANSFER

Alternatively, you can pay by bank wire transfer. The transfer shall be referred to the following recipient by bank transfer:

Paolo Da Ponte Italia srl will execute the order only after confirmation of the obtained transfer by the bank or after notification of the CRO number by e-mail by the customer. The order number must be included on the transfer form. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

4. Delivery of goods and shipment expenses

All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Michele Baggio shop in the “Confirm order" will be sent by UPS international Express Courier to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or personal mailboxes. The customer will be asked to contribute to the costs, which will be shown on “Confirm order” depending on the country the order is to be sent to and on the parcel weight. 

We remind first–time Clients that we will request that address delivery of first order must match with Client credit card billing address. Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order, so we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Michele Baggio reserves the right not to ship packages to any address that it feel may be suspect. If you have enquiries regarding this matters, please fill free to contact e-shop@michelebaggio.it

As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item in Euro. Discounted items reflect discounted prices. It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.

Orders are shipped from Michele Baggio in Italy, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., local time. Orders placed from Friday evening until Monday morning will be processed on Monday morning. Orders for available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped on the first weekday after order placement. Credit Cards are debited the date of shipment.

We remind first–time Clients that Michele Baggio will request our bank to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

We ship for free worldwide any order more than euro 250,00. For orders up to euro 249,99 the shipping fee are:

  • EU Countries (except Malta and Cyprus): Free Delivery within about 5 business days of shipment;
  • Usa, Canada, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland: Free Delivery within about 7 business days of shipment + DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid);
  • Malta and Cyprus: Shipment fees are calculated according to shipping destination/parcel weight and itemized on the order summary page and delivery within about 5 business days;
  • All other countries not included among the previous: Shipment fees are calculated according to shipping destination/parcel weight and itemized on the order summary page and delivery within about 7 business days + DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Shipments outside of the European Economic Community are exempt VAT (Italian Value Added Tax) BUT ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Upon delivery, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE placing a signature for the receipt of the merchandise. Michele Baggio boxes are carefully packaged in white strong paper box with official logotype printed on the side and official Michele Baggio adhesive tape around the entire box.

For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local Courier Office and contact Michele Baggio at e-shop@michelebaggio.it

If for any reason, an order from Michele Baggio is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

5. Import and customs duty

The products sold are not subject to any import or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered within European Union.
Products to be delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import and/or customs duty, depending on the type of product and the destination country. We cannot predict whether any or what costs may be charged to clear the goods through customs.

Nonetheless, any costs relating to import and/or customs duty are to be paid by the client.

SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

6. Return and refund policy

The Customer enjoys a right to return, which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day the ordered goods are received.
Notification to exercise the right to return may be given within the term indicated above, by telegram, fax or e-mail. The shipment expenses for return of the goods will be at the Customer’s full expense.
In order for the return right to be exercised, goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, in a perfect state and subject to agreement with Shop by Michele Baggio.

For further clarity, in every article sent will be affixed to a label with the following warning: "We invite you to try this item on without removing the identification tag and disposable seal. Items without the tag and seal will not be accepted in case of return."

The goods must be sent back with an insured parcel sent carriage free; no parcel sent for payment on delivery or at the addresse’s expense will be collected by Shop by Michele Baggio.
Reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned goods will be made by a payment to the Customer’s bank account within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Goods returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged or soiled due to the Customer’s fault will not be reimbursed, nor will they in any case lead to the payment of credit equal to the price of the article initially ordered.

When consumers residing in EU have a problem with a trader regarding a product they bought, they can settle their dispute out-of-court through an Alternative Dispute Resolution or Online Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR) procedure.

As such procedures are an alternative to resolving disputes before a court they are called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). When they are carried out online, they are called Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
Resolving disputes through ADR/ODR, in general, is easier, faster and less expensive than resolving disputes before a court. 7. Applicable law

Entering this website the User agree that the laws and the regulations of the Italian State will enforce any questions pertinent to the use of the Site.
